California Olive Oil that’s Certified for Purity
Certified organic by both the CCOF and USDA, this cold-pressed olive oil is also certified by the California Olive Oil Council (COOC) as being real extra virgin. This means that it has passed a series of rigorous chemical and sensory tests that prove that it’s of the freshest, purest, highest quality and among the best olive oils on the market.
The olives were harvested in November 2021, then cold-pressed within hours of picking. After quality assurance testing, the oil was certified and bottled for your enjoyment in March 2022.

PLACING ORDERS AND HOW IT WORKS
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE FULFILLED?
We grow to order, and usually harvest the same day we deliver. All items are grown indoors at a facility local to Connecticut. It can take one to three weeks to begin regular fulfillment.
WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF MY DELIVERY DAY?
Yes, we try our best to inform you the night before that we will be making a delivery. At the least a three hour window.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO LEAVE COOLER OUTSIDE DELIVERY DAY?
We will attempt to first text and/or call you for instructions. We will then knock on your door. If there is no one home, depending on inventory we will leave an insulate bag with icepack to be retrieved the following week.
